We analyse the processes by which data is collected, entered, processed, stored and updated. Fraudulent behaviour can often be prevented, by noticing inconsistencies at the point of application, and it often stands out when compared with the behaviour of the general population.

Our approach is to identify the cases which have a high likelihood of being fraudulent, so that an investigation team can focus their efforts on the areas of greatest risk.
