John Fouhy is an integral member of the Offlode
Research and Development Team. If research was
as popular as rugby - John's picture would be
on cereal boxes.
Among other things, John is an extremely gifted
programmer. He is currently pursuing a computer
science PhD at Massey University's Albany Campus
partially funded by Technology New Zealand. His
research in application fraud is currently being
commercialised with the help of funding from Positively
Wellington Business.
John's abilities enable Offlode to deliver end-to-end
analytical solutions. As well as providing SAS
programming support to the team, he also installs
and configures SAS software for clients. One of
John's strengths is his willingness and ability
to impart knowledge to the team, enabling Offlode
to deliver innovation and excellence to clients.
At university, John originally planned to study
physics and electronics, before he discovered
that pure mathematics was much more fun leading
to an M.Sc. (distinction) in Obscure Graph Heuristics.
