As Director of Analytics, Paul provides leadership and innovation. Proven at delivering excellence within tight deadlines, Paul has vast analytical experience across many industries. Lateral thinking coupled with award winning PhD research in statistics enables the delivery of novel, innovative and pragmatic solutions.

Paul is recognised as the best in his field in New Zealand and is well known and respected internationally. An excellent communicator, he is an enthusiastic and engaging presenter and has been invited to speak to community groups, large organizations, the media, as well as presenting at conferences and at SAS sponsored workshops.

Prior to joining Offlode, Paul lectured statistics at Massey University's Albany Campus, where he completed his tertiary education. Paul still has academic involvement as an accredited Doctoral and Masters Associate Supervisor at Swinburne University of Technology in Melbourne. This educational bent spills over into his enthusiasm to seeing others develop and he has engineered this into the Offlode psyche. He is also a SAS certified trainer delivering training throughout Asia-Pacific.
